Adam Horsley, a former paramedic from Wagga Wagga, launching his own distillery in 2023 called Horse’s Tale Distilling Co. The distillery is known for its contemporary Australian gin and cane spirits that is produced in the Riverina region of New South Wales.

Adam’s journey to become a distiller began after an accident in 2019 that changed his life forever. However, in true Horse style, his bad luck landed him an amazing opportunity to open a distillery. Supported by his family and friends, Adam was inspired to pursue something new within the realm of science and the art of producing quality spirits. After a lot of taste testing, Horse’s Tale Distilling Co was born.

Horse’s Tale celebrates mate ship and new beginnings. The distillery retains the old-world charm of traditional gin with a modern and uniquely Australian twist and is a testament to Adam’s resilience and determination to turn his life around after the accident.
