Dubbo Winter Whisky Festival

The Dubbo Winter Whisky Festival is a unique craft spirits festival held in Dubbo, New South Wales. The festival celebrates whiskey and craft spirit culture, with whiskey being the theme. However, the festival also celebrates Rum, Gin, Vodka and Liqueurs. The festival provides a unique opportunity to sample and purchase rare and limited-distribution spirits or enjoy some of the distillers favorite spirits in mixed drinks.

The festival is held over two nights, with the main event taking place on Saturday night. The event has a real festival vibe, where visitors can take a moment to sit back and listen to the entertainment or visit one of the amazing food vendors and grab some local cuisine.

In addition to the main event, the festival also hosts an intimate dinner and tasting with Australian distillers assembled from around the country. This event is held on the night before the main event, and tickets are extremely limited. In 2022, this event sold out within days of release.
