Acquiring a stunning small acreage property on the Tambo River in Swan Reach Victoria. Over the coming months we’ll be working to set up our Distillery in East Gippsland, and at the same time working on what will be our own on-site hobby farm. There are plans in the works for our own lambs, calves, chicks, guinea fowl, & bees. On the distillery side of things, a huge on site orchard & botanicals garden with mulberries, lilly pillies, sloe berries, cherries, figs, lemons and a dedicated juniper plantation.
